Mladen Penev was born in baroque city of Ruse, which is a riverside city northeast of Bulgaria. Mladen is specialising in interior concepts, corporate design, stand designs and multimedia installations.

1994 – Mladen has studied at secondary school of applied art and ceramics, graphics, sculpture and fine arts in Troyan.
1995 till 1997 – has worked as a textile and pattern designer at Danube Cotton.
1995 – Successfully passed master class in subject of sculpture by Zihtu Kalit
1997 till 2007 has been studying at University of Rousse in subject Product / Industrial Design. During this time Mladen has been working on different projects relating to automobile design, marketing and interior design. As a lector has been invited one of the most popular designers Giorgetto Giugiaro – Ital Design, who become patron of subject Industrial Design in Rousse.
During 1998 Mladen Penev and Hristo Yordanov decided to establish a multimedia art project COSMOPOLIT – art, technologies and people without boundaries.
2002 – Mladen has been working as film decorator / interior sculpture at American movie company NU Image.
2003 till now working and designing corporate branding for several companies specialising in electronics, bio-fuels and telecommunications.
2006 till now working at NOLA 7 – developing and building Spa & Wellness Centres.
